All you need to do is to fill in your particulars in the order form, attached and send it to us together with the URL of the item and the colour if you do have any problems with it.

We check our mail daily in the night :)

sent orders on 4th Sept. no reply from seller after confirmation email from them. still waiting for them to reply with shipping details (:

17th Sept: Awaiting payment from one last spreeer. So sorry for the delay :(

20th Sept:

Made payment to seller via registered concealed cash yesterday. Couldn't pay by western union as I'm not of 21. Hopefully the bags will arrive soon (:

23rd Sept: Something cropped up for the concealed cash. It said "ITEM UNDELIVERABLE, RETURNED TO OVERSEAS" Will be calling singpost to understand more about the situation tomorrow. If concealed cash couldn't work I'll be getting my friend to send via western union. It's around $50 plus it'll be sent via US dollars, which means I miscalculated the other time and undercharge, hence topup will be required. So sorry about it. WIll update soon again.

25th Sept: Checked with Singpost. They made a mistake & the enclosed cash has been sent to seller already. I think the seller received it on 24th. They should be sending the bags out in 2-3 days time I guess (:
30th Sept: PG Mall received the money already. They shd be sending it out in this few days :D

11th oct: Bags reached me finally (: Please give me 2~3 days to sort out. Anyway not all bags arrived; Only bags which are ready. Those which needs to restock might have to wait. Some items are OOS. Have to check which are it. Thanks

18 Oct: Hey peeps, second batch of bags been sent out today. Emailed seller for tracking number already, so waiting for reply. As for those who choose to have their bags mailed, I'll send them out latest by next tuesday. Very very sorry for the delay cause I will be working night shift this weekend hence I'll not have the time to send them out. So sorry once again :(

25th Oct: Sent out bags on Tuesday already. Please check.

Please agree to the following before ordering:
1. All items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable unless on special conditions.
2. Items might take 3 weeks up till 2 months upon closing date to arrive.
3. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by seller/spree participant. Please double check all details before sending it to us.
4. We will not be held responsible for any lost/damage during shipping/mailing process.
5. Spree will be cancelled if response is not good.
6. Please do not request for any discounts. Prices are non-negotiable.
7. No changing or cancellation of orders are allowed.
8. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars.
9. We will be make payment to seller via concealed cash if he/she did not provide online payment. If amount to be sent is huge, we will send via telegraphic transfer which cost around $30 & it will be split according to the no. of items. If concealed cash is lost during registered mail, I will not bear responsible for it. Please agree to this before ordering.
10. All updates will be done here & via email. However we will only update only if necessary.

FAQ

1. Are we reliable?
we have been dealing with sprees for more than a year and have never had any encounters of lost concealed cash/items. you can also read our feedbacks here

2. Can I have more discounts if I buy more?
We will try to give leeway on the handling fees if you do buy more. However, prices of items are fixed. Email us for more details.

3. How long will it take?
Each spree depends on the taiwan seller. The fastest I've dealt before with PG Mall is 3 weeks, else it can take up to 1.5 months, depending on availability of stock

4. How is the shipping fee calculated?
For bags, shipping fee will be divided equally among spree-ers and to be made upon 2nd payment. else, it will be advised again on the spree page. usually it will cost around $5 per bag, depending on the spree. postage will be advised again when items reached. for more info, check singpost
